Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering or using any part of the stich888 platform — including the website, mobile application and all related services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and stich888 as the platform operator. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you must stop using the platform immediately.

User Eligibility

Registration and use of stich888 services are only permitted for individuals who cumulatively meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged at least 21 years old on the date of registration;
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• Not appearing on any self-exclusion list or ban imposed by any relevant regulatory body;
• Not registering on behalf of any other individual or corporate entity;
• Understanding that online betting activity may be restricted or prohibited in the jurisdiction where you reside, and taking full responsibility for complying with local laws.

stich888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as an identity card (MyKad), passport or other supporting documents at any time to verify user eligibility. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified period may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

Registration and Account

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the stich888 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different information, different devices or different payment methods — constitute a serious breach of these terms and may result in the closure of all such accounts and forfeiture of balances.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. False or inaccurate information provided during registration or profile updates gives stich888 the right to close the account without notice.

• Your username and password are your personal responsibility — do not share them with anyone.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately.
• stich888 will not ask for your password through any communication channel.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

The stich888 platform accepts several major payment methods to facilitate financial transactions for users in Malaysia. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) except for payments made via cryptocurrency.

Supported payment methods:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• DuitNow
• Online banking (FPX) — including major local banks
• ShopeePay
• Cryptocurrency: USDT, BTC, ETH

Transaction limits: The minimum deposit for all methods is RM30. The minimum withdrawal is RM100. Withdrawal processing time is generally between 30 minutes and 3 hours, subject to complete account verification and no risk flags.

stich888 does not charge any internal processing fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers or blockchain networks may impose their own charges which are beyond our control.

Bonuses and Promotions

stich888 offers various promotions from time to time. The current welcome bonus is 100% of the first deposit up to RM1,500. For example, a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM100 bringing your balance to RM200, with a wagering requirement of RM100 × 25 = RM2,500. For a deposit of RM3,200, the maximum bonus of RM1,500 is received bringing the balance to RM4,700, with a wagering requirement of RM1,500 × 25 = RM37,500.

Wagering requirement means the total amount you need to wager before bonus funds can be withdrawn. It is the bonus itself that is wagered 25 times, not the total balance.

• The bonus is only eligible for the first single deposit using real money.
• Users who have made a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirement will forfeit bonus eligibility.
• All promotions are subject to a validity period specified in the individual promotion's terms.
• Betting activity found to be intended to exploit the bonus structure may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• stich888 reserves the right to change, suspend or end any promotion without prior notice.

The stich888 VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback of up to 0.5%), Silver (weekly cashback of up to 1.0%) and Gold (weekly cashback of up to 1.5%). Progression to a higher tier depends on the user's level of activity and loyalty on the platform.

Game Rules

All games available on the stich888 platform — including online slots, live casino, sportsbook, mix parlay and esports — each have specific rules displayed within the relevant game interface. Users are responsible for understanding those rules before starting any round or placing any bet.

• All games use certified random number generators (RNG) or independent live data feeds to ensure fairness.
• Any technical disruption during a game will be investigated — if a game cannot be completed, the bet may be voided and funds returned.
• Game results recorded on the stich888 server are final unless there is verifiable evidence of a technical error.
• The use of automated software, bots, or any method that manipulates game results is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
• Sports betting is subject to the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. stich888 reserves the right to correct odds due to technical errors.

User Responsibilities

As a user of the stich888 platform, you agree to comply with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction and to use this platform only for online gambling purposes that are lawful under your local laws.

• You will not use the platform for any illegal activities, including money laundering, fraud, or identity theft.
• You will notify stich888 promptly if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

Account Termination

Users may close their account at any time by contacting our customer support. Prior to closure, all wagering requirements tied to active bonuses must be completed, or those bonuses will be forfeited.

stich888 reserves the right to close or suspend an account with or without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision in these terms and conditions;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Registration or use of multiple accounts;
• Providing false information during registration or verification;
• Instructions from a regulatory body or law enforcement agency;
• Accounts that have been inactive for a specified period.

Valid and undisputed balances will be returned to the user after any required investigation is concluded, subject to compliance with identity verification requirements.

Applicable Law

stich888 operates under international licensing and complies with the regulatory requirements set by the relevant licensing authority. These terms and conditions are interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which stich888 is licensed.

Any dispute arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved through a mutually agreed arbitration process before being referred to any tribunal or court. Users agree to first attempt to resolve disputes amicably by contacting the stich888 support team.

If any provision in these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be reinterpreted to the extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, while the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
